WASSINI Luxury operates as an independent entity, offering personal shopping services. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by WASSINI. Upon receiving a service request, WASSINI provides a financial proposal, constituting specific conditions that modify or complement these general terms.

 

  1. CONFIDENTIALITY

 

WASSINI is bound by a strict confidentiality policy and refrains from disclosing any information about entrusted missions to third parties without prior consent. Our personnel are contractually obligated to maintain confidentiality.

 

  1. ORDERING PROCESS

 

To request our services, a valid order with a unique number must be placed upon cart validation. Placing an order with WASSINI implies the client's acceptance of these general terms and any specific conditions outlined in the proposal, prevailing over any other client documents, including purchase conditions.

 

WASSINI acknowledges the order, confirming the client's acceptance of the contained conditions, and establishes a provisional execution schedule.

 

WASSINI reserves the right to refuse a service if it deems the nature of the request contrary to its mission, especially concerning consumer protection, product safety, industrial products, or for other technical or availability reasons.

 

  1. FINANCIAL TERMS AND EXECUTION TIME

 

Pricing and billing terms are specified in the commercial proposal. Prices are based on client-provided data and normal service execution conditions. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of taxes, transportation, and customs fees. WASSINI's quotes are valid for one month from the issuance date.

 

Execution of a service may be subject to full payment or an advance, determined by WASSINI, if the client has outstanding debts, lacks sufficient financial guarantees, or is a new client. Execution timelines, indicated in the commercial proposal, are indicative. Commencement is contingent upon receiving necessary elements for service execution (message, email, order) and, if applicable, the advance payment mentioned in the quote. Delays do not grant the client the right to cancel or reject the service, nor do they warrant withholding, compensation, penalties, or damages. WASSINI's sole responsibility is to timely inform the client of any operational challenges.

 

In case of an urgent service specified by the client, an additional fee may be applied.

 

  1. ORDER MODIFICATIONS

 

The service content is defined in the quote and corresponding order. Any modifications post-order acceptance must be made in writing by the client's representative and accepted by WASSINI. Agreed-upon additional work incurs additional charges and execution time.

 

If a service execution date is agreed upon, and the client, directly or indirectly, causes a postponement, a new date will be mutually established. In case of postponement or cancellation within:

- Less than 10 working days before the scheduled date: No indemnity.

- Less than 5 working days before the scheduled date: 50% of the order or relevant portion will be charged.

 

  1. LIABILITY

 

WASSINI's liability, in the event of proven fault, is limited to direct material damages, excluding any indirect or immaterial damages, whether consequential or non-consequential. In any case, liability is capped at the total invoiced amount for the affected service, excluding any other compensation.

 

  1. BILLING AND PAYMENT

 

Unless explicitly specified by the third-party debtor, invoices are issued in the name of the service requester. Payment can be made in cash, by check, or bank transfer. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable upon service or product receipt.

 

  1. JURISDICTION

 

The applicable law for WASSINI's services is French law. In case of disputes, irrespective of their nature, they will be brought before the Courts of Paris, even in the case of summary proceedings, incidental demands, multiple defendants, or warranty appeals.

Select your item, choose size, and click Add to Bag. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout. Create and validate your account via email, then choose online or cash-on-delivery payment in USD at a competitive exchange rate.

 

  1. ORDERS AND DELIVERY

 

Receive order confirmation after placement. Items are shipped to Lebanon via Chronopost or FedEx and other shipping services. We handle customs clearance. Afterward, private partners in Lebanon and the UAE deliver with tracking.

 

  1. RETURN AND REFUND

 

Regrettably, we do not accept returns or refunds. We ensure item condition by photographing it before delivery to guarantee it arrives in pristine condition.
